Think about a value you believe in. Write down a concrete action you can do today that corresponds with that value. Think about a good time to do this action.
The aim of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy training is to live your life more as you wish, whatever thoughts or feelings may arise along the way. One skill it trains is scaling down large areas of your life, converting them to small concrete actions that can be done every day. The smaller and more concrete these actions, the easier it is to do them.
